1. SHIPPING METHOD AND RATES
Styvibeus offers Standard Shipping to supported destinations.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
For orders below $39.99, the available Standard Shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after being placed and payment is confirmed.
Orders are generally processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Stock status, promotions, or peak periods may extend processing time.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME AFTER DISPATCH
United States: approximately 10–12 business days.
Canada: approximately 8–12 business days.
United Kingdom: approximately 7–15 business days.
Other supported destinations: delivery time varies and may be shown at checkout or provided by customer service.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
4. TRACKING
When tracking is available, a shipping notification email will include the tracking number. Carrier tracking may take 1–2 business days after dispatch to display its first update.
5. ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact service@chaoluntingus.com as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. We will try to make a correction before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
6. DESTINATION LIMITATIONS
Some countries, regions, remote areas, or products may not be eligible for delivery. Available shipping destinations are determined by the options shown at checkout.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or local fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
8. DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, address problems, or local delivery conditions.
